Terms and Conditions

Fast Fingers is offered by GameMasters Games LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Fast Fingers app or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Acceptance and changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., in-app notice or email if we have it). Continued use after the effective date of changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the app.
2. Use of the app
You must use Fast Fingers only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You may not use the app to cheat, manipulate leaderboards, harass others, or violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these terms.
3. Accounts and display names
You may sign in with a third-party account (e.g., Apple, Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Display names and in-app content must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe others’ rights. We may remove or require changes to display names or content at our discretion.
4. Intellectual property
Fast Fingers and all related content, branding, and materials are owned by GameMasters Games LLC or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership by using the app. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our app or content except as allowed in these terms or with our written permission.
5. Disclaimers
The app and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameMasters Games LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty U.S. dollars).
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameMasters Games LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the app at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
