Fast Fingers (“we”, “us”, “our”) values your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information.
Data we collect
- Gameplay data: scores, rounds, accuracy, modes played, and leaderboard stats.
- Device data: device identifiers, OS version, and app version for stability and fraud prevention.
- Diagnostics: crash logs and performance metrics to keep the app stable.
- Advertising data: ad interaction data for rewarded ads and ad relevance.
- Location (approximate or precise): used to improve ad relevance and reporting when permitted.
How we use data
- Run weekly leaderboards and prevent abuse.
- Measure performance and fix crashes.
- Personalize ads where you grant permission.
- Analyze engagement to improve game modes and balance.
Sharing
We share limited data with service providers that help us operate the game (analytics, crash reporting, and advertising). These providers process data under strict contractual obligations and only for the purposes described above.
Your choices
- Disable personalized ads in Settings.
- Reset to anonymous play or clear local data at any time.
- Disable device‑level tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
- Manage location access per‑app on iOS or Android.
Data retention
We keep gameplay records to preserve leaderboards and progression integrity. You can request deletion where applicable by contacting us.
California (CCPA) privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended (including by the CPRA), may give you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (if any).
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (e.g., for cross-context behavioral advertising), where applicable.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service, where applicable.
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. We may share identifiers and usage data with advertising and analytics partners for interest-based advertising; under CCPA this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.” You can opt out via in-app settings (e.g., disable personalized ads) and/or by contacting us.
